Anchor Handling Tugs at Scrabster A pair of Anchor Handlers/Supply Tugs, the Maersk Detector and the Maersk Assister, dwarfing the new ferry terminal at Scrabster. These giants are used for many heavyweight tasks such as repositioning oil rigs. They boast 18,280 BHP and 23,500 BHP respectively.

I had a most delightful stay. Getting to the ferry in the AM was a breeze. Lovely views of the harbor. Everything was clean and inviting. Would most definitely stay again!

Advertised as dog friendly but actually, dogs not allowed in restaurant OR bar. Had to have breakfast in reception area. Room was quite tired.

Amazing location
Fabulous property, beautiful location and plenty of fresh air and wellbeing walks. Scenery stunning. Cottage incredibly cosy, and lovely to return to every evening. Everything we needed was provided.
