  • New Engadin apartment in an undeveloped, absolutely peaceful and sunny location, 5 minutes' walk above the village centre of Guarda (Wakkerpreis village). 3 minutes' walk from Guarda Pitchen PostBus station.



    Owned since 01.10.2024 and maintained to a very high standard. 60m², 2.5 rooms, ground floor, panoramic view of Piz Mezdi/Piz d'Arpiglia, Piz Sursura Pitschen with glacier tongue and Swiss stone pine forests, private garden with seating terrace.

    Guarda is accessible from Giarsun railway station by PostBus. From Guarda you can undertake beautiful ski tours into Val Tuoi. The Motta Naluns ski area is accessible from Ftan by car in 15 minutes. The neighbouring village of Ardez has a night-time cross-country ski run. The access road is regularly cleared in winter, however depending on snowfall and road conditions, snow chains or 4x4 drive are advantageous. A pick-up service from the railway station can be arranged.

Ferienwohnung

Wunderschön gelegenen Ferienwohnung mit kleinem Garten und spektakulärer Aussicht. Die Ferienwohnung war vollends ausgestattet mit jeglichen Annehmlichkeiten. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet mit Naturmaterialien, Regendusche, grosses Schlafzimmer, Bad und Wohn-Essbereich.
