Schöne Lage & Aussicht. Geschmackvolles Design. Frühstück musste man vorbestellen (kein Buffet), Angebot war beschränkt. Gefühl in einer Kantine zu sitzen. 2 von 2 mal kamen die bestellen Eier lange nach dem inzw. kaltem Toastbrot. Generell zu teuer für Zimmergrösse & „overall“ Erfahrung.

Hotel top - Besitzer flop

1500 Zeichen reichen leider nicht aus, den Dilettantismus von Familie Zoller zu beschreiben. Ich verbringe seit ich ein kleines Mädchen bin meine Ferien in den verschiedensten Hotels dieser Welt, meist 4 oder 5 Sterne. So etwas unfähiges habe ich noch nie erlebt! Frau Martina Zoller war von der ersten Begegnung an extrem unhöflich und müssig, Frau Zoller war freundlich aber phlegmatisch. Ich hatte mich am ersten Tag schriftlich beschwert und die drei haben es nicht geschafft, ein Gespräch zu suchen oder Absichten gezeigt den restlichen Aufenthalt zu verbessern. Im Gegenteil: Von Frau Martina Zoller wurde ich betreffend Badewanne gemassregelt und Herr Zoller ging sogar soweit, dass er zu einer anderen Person gesagt hat, dass er wegen meiner Art, andere Gäste nun nicht mehr kompetent und freundlich behandeln könne. Als Hotelbesitzer...! laienhaft und stümperhaft so eine Aussage! Wie gesagt, leider reichen die Zeichen nicht dafür aus, alle Frechheiten und Untauglichkeiten aufzulisten. Die Hotelanlage ist schön und modern eingerichtet. Gewisse Dinge sind schön anzuschauen, aber im Gebrauch unpraktisch. Trotzdem in allem ein cooles Hotel mit wunderschönem Panaroma. Das Personal des Hotels war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Erholsame Tage mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wunderschön gestaltetes Hotel mit viel Holz und Licht. Traumhafte und sehr ruhige Lage mit Bergpanorama und trotzdem ist man sehr rasch im Zentrum von Scuol. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten. Grosszügige Zimmer mit grossem Balkon und Ausblick.
