  • Welcome to this dual-concept loft, where the spaces transform to match the rhythm of your day. The large floor-to-ceiling window opens onto the pool and the rolling hills of Monferrato, offering a view that shifts with the light.



    The 60-square-meter living area features a living room with a bar counter, a fireplace, and a sofa bed. The suspended bed adds a touch of originality to the space. A sliding door separates the bedroom, which overlooks the pool. Two bathrooms complete the space: one with a double shower, the other with basic amenities.



    The pool and surrounding garden become your personal retreat on hot summer days. You can relax by the poolside while admiring the hills stretching to the horizon.



    Scurzolengo takes you to the heart of Monferrato, along the wine route to Castagnole. Alba is 35 minutes away, Turin an hour. Just ten minutes away, you’ll discover Moncalvo, Italy’s smallest town. The area is famous for white truffles and restaurants serving Piedmontese cuisine.
