The service from pre arrival, to airport pickup, to our 2 night stay, all the way to the dropoff at the station was incredible, everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and friendly. They helped us with everything via wechat and arranged all park tickets and transportation for everywhere we needed to go. The room and views were spectacular, and looked exactly like the hotels.com photos. We couldn’t have imagined a better stay. John in particular was very helpful as he spoke English, but all the other staff too were always able to step in and support right away. "

"I was a little skeptical when booking this stay due to a lack of review availability. I was later told that this was their first time on Expedia. That being said, I’m very glad to have booked this stay. Mr. Wang did a great job, he was always available, did his best to give recommendations and communicate. He even made sure that I ate and was comfortable. I stayed in tent 2 which had a gorgeous view. This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights stay, but even if you wanted to stay longer you definitely could! They had many amenities, just like your luxury hotels. The location might be a little secluded but that adds to the experience of glamping. Thank you all for making my first experience in Zhangjiajie smooth and comfortable. - Mimi :) "
