"Excellent location! You’re right on the beach and right next to West Dennis beach for long walks. Lots of activities available for kids & adults. Enjoyed the Meridian Restaurant. Ate there multiple times and both my husband and I had a very good meal every time. I marveled at the amount of help they have to make things run smoothly. Based on some of the reviews I had read, this apparently had been problematic initially but certainly isn’t the case now. All staff were delightful to deal with."

"Just left. Would absolutely stay again! We stayed in 203 and it was great. A/C was nice to have. We were gone during the day, but wine on the beach at night was great! Breakfast was tasty and was great eating by the beach with the morning breeze."

"The room was very clean. Staff was great and friendly. The issue is with the bathroom. The tub was very slippery and did not have any hand railings. My friend and I used the tub for quick hand washing. Thank goodness we did not go swimming in the ocean. The pool was nice. We were unable to find a local TV channel for news and weather. This was the time to say, "Thank God for Cell Phone Apps"."

Completely Renovated Cottage Overlooking Nantucket Sound with Private Beach

"Property location was excellent, right on the private beach as described. Some amenities listed were not available, i.e. board games and corn hole. Kitchen furniture needed some tightening on the chairs and table legs with one chair seat completely broken. The drawer in the kitchen where the glasses were stored was completely off its track and dangerous when opening. Main refrigerator was in need of repair and appreciated the small replacement but wasn’t large enough for our family to store all of the food. Plenty of paper and soap products. Perhaps some additional kitchen supplies such as measuring cups, spoons, cooking utensils and silverware/dishes. Living room furniture could use a good cleaning or replacement. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Ample amount of towels. Spa was a great amenity but reported to the host that the steel frame that supported the cover had no bolts or screws holding it together and was impossible to get the cover back on which also should be replaced as it was completely dried out and leaving bits of styrofoam in the water. As hot as our week was, the air conditioning was very efficient. We had higher expectations for the cost of the weekly rate."
