"Cold water faucet handle in the bathroom didn’t work so I used the hand shower to brush my teeth, but while washing my face standing outside the shower I fell and hurt my back. It was a soft fall and no major damage. Just want to know what can happen. Would have changed rooms but it was 1am and i was tired."

"The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how cute the furnishings were and how clean everything was both are very important of me. If I had any questions about restaurants or anything, she was right there to answer everything for me and was just very sweet. It’s a very, very nice place to stay and very close to Mayo if you need that which is why I was there."
