"I am satisfied overall from my stay. The full kitchen facility with big refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, plates, cups, utensils is great. Awesome ocean view and resort amenities. There is business or work center, but it can be improved with work station type booths with additional monitors to use with my laptop. Or addition of work desk and chair in the room will be awesome. "

"Oceanfront hotel at the end of the boardwalk. Great view with balcony, and a 4 minute walk to Waterman's, a favorite restaurant of ours. Very affordable hotel in off-season."

"The house gave us ample room to be together but the 2 seniors had a hard time on the stairs without handrails. It would have been nice to have a handrail to get in the pool safely. Bedrooms were very comfortable. Overall we had a good time and would recommend the house for young families with children. We didn't use the grill because it was dirty and the grease trap was full."

"For the price we paid, the room was nice enough and the bathroom was nice. It was weird staying in a townhouse with other people in the other bedrooms. We did have our own bathroom and we never saw anyone else, but we could hear them. For the price, Probably not a bad deal! It’s about 10 minutes to the closest beach. If you go left on the main road, you can go to Sandbridge Beach or go right and go to Virginia Beach. We found a diner called Margie and Ray’s that was really good for seafood and for breakfast. In the room, there was a closet, a dresser and a TV and a full-size bed. Nice down comforter. Three pillows. Two nice towels and three washcloths. Used keypad to get in. Allowed us to spend the weekend at the beach on a last-minute trip!"

"The property was very nice. It was fully equipped with with everything we needed. The pool, pool table and foos ball game were definitely a hit for our family vacation. The neighborhood was great and the location to the beach just a short walk. There were so many attractions and restaurants which also made the location of the house great. We even were able to ride the bicycles. The house does have 4 floors with a lot of stairs. There is an elevator which stopped working. The staff at Anchor Reality responded quickly to my message about the elevator and had a service man out the next day. I also received a call and message with the time to expect the service. Overall, we had a great experience and look foward to making another family vacation at this property."

" Our family of 15 spent a wonderful week in the Virginia Beach house in late July 2025. Lots of room for everyone. Having the elevator handy was very useful after food shopping (kitchen is on the 3rd floor). Having a very large table that could seat all of us at once was great for our family dinners and playing games together.Everyone loved the pool with the outdoor TV and waterfall and the easy access to the beach. The owner was VERY responsive when we had any questions during our stay. I would highly recommend it!"
