"We had a couple of issues when checking in because the toilet wasn’t functioning and we had to move to another room, but they accommodated us immediately without any issues. The location is the best with the beach just steps away. We’ve been staying at Schooner for 20 years and it’s still our favorite."

"The only real problem was that the WiFi kept dropping. The left side of the house didn’t keep internet connection. Had to go to the garage to get heat. Also the decks all needed to be cleaned/power washed from the bugs. Couldn’t use the balconies off the bedrooms. But we would stay here again."

"We had a great time! The house is very nice and clean. Appliances all worked properly. I loved that the kitchen was on the second of three floors. It's a short walk to the beach, which was clean and beautiful as well. The pool was great and we used it alot after coming back from the beach. Each room has its own tv and all the remotes work. There is plenty of room to spread out in the house, the deck/porch that goes all the way around the house was really nice!There is a lot to do in the area within 30 minutes. The little store in Sandbridge Bridge is well stocked and reasonably priced. The bar/restaurant next door has good food and had activites 3 nights of our week. Zeros sub were delicious as well!"

"It’s not often you stay at a rental that truly has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Need 20 plates for a big family dinner? They’ve got them. Need three ovens so you can cook multiple dishes at once? You got it. Want to learn how to swim in an outdoor swim spa? Done.The house is right on the water with super easy access to the beach, which was perfect for our family. The kids could run back and forth from the house to the water all day without it being a whole production.We also loved the huge open floor plan with the kitchen, living room, and pool table area all connected. With a big group, it was really nice having everyone together on the same floor, whether you were cooking, hanging out, playing pool, or just relaxing.My only two complaints were completely out of the host’s hands: there were some mosquitoes at night, and the sand got HOT! When we mentioned the mosquitoes, the host immediately sent pest control over and took care of the issue, which says a lot about how responsive they were.Overall, this was an awesome place for a big family vacation. It had the space, the location, and pretty much everything we could think of needing. We had a great stay and would absolutely come back."

"This was a great property for our needs. It was big enough to accommodate a multigenerational family vacation. The location is steps from the beach and having a pool was great. The house was clean upon arrival and check in was smooth. The house is older, could use updating, but the price was right and there wasn’t a complaint from anyone in our large group. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!"
