2928 Atrium Villa

A great second floor unit in the Atrium Villa complex. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa has incredible ocean views from all rooms and decks! Across the street from Atrium Villas is the Seabrook Island Beach Club, with its two pools and Pelican Nest Beach front restaurant. Here you will also find the newly expanded Cap'n Sam's Grill & Bar along with the Osprey Cafe. Next door is the Island House home to the two 18 hole championship golf courses on the island and additional dining options. Location makes this villa a terrific rental spot!

Open the front door to this unit and gaze out to the ocean from the living area's door wall windows. The fully stocked kitchen is open to the great room. The dining table comfortably seats 6. The great room has comfy overstuffed furniture. Grab a good beach and hunker down or flip on the large Smart TV. Sliding doors lead out to the expansive deck. The deck has access from both bedrooms, as well as the living room. On the deck you have multiple seating venues. Dine at the table with seating for four, relax on the couch or take a cat nap on one of the chaises!

This villa has two bedrooms, both with private baths. The master bedroom sits behind French doors. A comfortable king bed, ceiling fan and Smart TV. Open the sliding doors and be lulled to sleep by the gentle rolling waves and blowing ocean breezes. The master bath has a separate vanity area with sink. The bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a laundry closet off the master vanity/dressing area which has a stacked washer and dryer. The guest bedroom sits on the opposite side of the villa. This bedroom has two queen beds and sliding doors leading out to the deck area. There is a separate vanity with sink dressing area. In the bathroom you will find a pedestal sink and walk-in shower with both rain head and shower panel faucets.

This villa is perfectly located. Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. The deck is private and has fabulous views of the ocean. The Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar, Island House,and Seabrook Shoppe are all a very short walk away.

This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
