1220 Creekwatch Villa

New to the Rental Program this 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath Villa is awaiting you and your family! This villa has expansive tidal marsh views. Watch the ever changing landscape from your two Sunrooms or two decks. Walk to the community neighborhood pool or stroll down to the Kayak Lauch and Crab Dock. You will hear the rolling ocean waves just beyond the tidal marsh. Smell the salty air wafting ashore! Sit out on the viewing deck to see the ocean or hang out and watch some dolphins swim by. The beauty of Seabrook Island is ever present surrounding this beautiful villa!

Upon entering the front door you will notice the reverse floor plan. The bedrooms and their two full baths are on the first floor. The primary bedroom has a King bed, en-suite bath, Sunroom and private covered deck. The en-suite bath has been updated with a granite topped vanity and large tiled walk-in shower. There is a Sunroom off the master. This space has three walls of windows flooding the space with light and spectacular views. A pull out sleeper sofa provides extra sleeping space. There is a TV in the sunroom, as well. Open the sliding doors and head out to the back covered deck. This makes a wonderful spot for a cup of morning coffee or some quiet meditation time! The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to the full hall bath. The guest bath has been updated and has a shower. Tucked behind closet door in the entry hall is the full sized stacked washer and dryer.

Head up a flight of stairs to the main living areas of the villa. Vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan make for a spacious setting. The great room has ample seating, a 55" Smart TV, and is open to the dining room. The dining table easily accommodates 4-6 guests. There is a large sunroom off the great room. The views from here will take your breath away. Floor to ceiling windows on three walls brings the nature of Seabrook Island to your doorstep! Watch the tides change, the birds float in and out and the animals gravitate to this spot. A door leads out to the deck. Dine al fresco at the bistro table or enjoy an evening beverage here. The kitchen rounds out this floor. Stainless steel appliances mix in with the custom cabinetry. A large pass through to the ding rooms lets everyone be a part of the action. There is a powder half bath on this level as well.

Creekwatch Villas are located mid-island. Nestled away from the busy hustle and bustle of the Beach Club area. However, you are close enough to hop on your bike and be there within minutes. It is about a 2 miles from Seabrook Island's North Beach. Park and walk to the beach to relax under the sun. Stroll to the end of the Island where you may even see the dolphin strand feed. Enjoy the Creekwatch neighborhood pool just steps from the villa. Just past the pool is the Seabrook Crabbing dock - perfect for fishing, crabbing or enjoying the view. You can also launch your kayaks here.

*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

ONLY GAS LSV RENTALS ALLOWED- gate pass required
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

This property includes access to Seabrook Island Club's amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

This updated villa is perfect for your family vacation! The owners are allowing use of their propane grill. Sorry, but kayaks are off-limits, owners personal use only.

Don't forget to bring your (1) family dog, up to 50 lbs weight limit. Additional pet fees apply.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, you lose your funds. If we are able to rent it, you receive what we can rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.

For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Wonderful Stay!

We truly enjoyed out stay. The home was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and walking to the crab dock to watch the sunset.

Lovely low country bungalo

It’s hard to think of a more ideal location than this one. We spent lots of time bike-riding and simply enjoying the gorgeous views of the marsh and wildlife from on the balcony. There was a vent in one of the bedrooms that needed cleaning, which I trust the property manager has addressed. (We let them know at the end of our stay.) For anyone with trouble on stairs (including families with babies/toddlers), I would say this isn’t for you. For everyone else, I would heartily recommend!
