There are multiple stairs within this villa but each staircase rewards you with even better marsh views and natural light. Relax, unwind and enjoy the tidal marsh views on the screened deck off of the living room or on the covered deck off of the bedroom This villa is perfect for a couple's romantic getaway, a friends' get-together or a small family vacation. Located just 30 minutes from Charleston, Seabrook Island is a private, gated barrier island known for its pristine beaches, miles of scenic bike paths, and stunning natural beauty, which features rolling sand dunes, lush maritime forests, beautiful marshland and freshwater ponds. As a certified Audobon International Certified Sustainable Community, Seabrook Island is committed to preserving its incredible wildlife and natural resources. You'll feel your stress levels melt away as you bike or walk the trails, kayak through the marsh waters, hunt for sharks' teeth & shells on the beach, play a round of golf, take a guided horse trail ride, brush up on your tennis skills or read a book in a lounge chair on the beach. Camp Seabrook is available for the kids (ages 4-10) in your group during the months of June, July and early August.

Guests enter The Crab Cove by walking up a half flight of exterior stairs to the front door. Once you enter the front door, you will find an entryway, staircase to the upper levels and a hallway that leads to the bedroom with en suite bathroom. There is also a private deck accessible through the bedroom. If you take the stairs to the next level, you will find the dining area, kitchen and another staircase to the top level. The top level features a bathroom and the living room with sliding door access to a back deck. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Please note this villa has three levels with staircases that connect each of these levels.

- For TV apps personal subscription required.

Tenant must be 25 years old. No pets. NO SMOKING! NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Please note there is a villa adjacent to Crab Cove. You may hear noises from the unit next door during your stay.

Perfect in every way! Highly recommend this location and we will be back for sure!

Our weeklong visit to "Crab Cove" was just perfect in every way. The condo was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the necessary appliances, linens and even beach towels (a big plus). Sitting on the upper screened in deck looking out over the marsh is so peaceful. I always thought you needed to be on the ocean to really relax and enjoy - but no, the marsh views and wildlife were just what we needed. Taking in the evening sunsets over the marsh are breathtaking - be sure to take some pictures! This area is so quiet - with just the sounds of the birds chirping or squirrels scurrying about - if you're lucky you might even see an armadillo or alligator! Highly recommend this location and we will be back for sure!
