This beautiful 2nd floor Pelican Watch villa is perfect! Incredible panoramic views of the Edisto River and Atlantic Ocean. Relax with a cool drink around the deck table while watching the sky change to bright orange as the sun sets over the Edisto River. Sit under the umbrella with a good book as shrimp boats and sailboats amble by. Walk down the back stairs off the deck to the boardwalk leading to the quiet, calm beach directly in front of this lovely villa. This Pelican Watch is just a short walk to the Beach Club pools, Pelican's Nest oceanfront dining, clubhouse and golf courses. This villa has it all!

Whimsical art greets you when you enter this lovely villa. The living area has high ceilings and sliding doors allowing water views from every vantage point. The comfortable furnishings invite you and your family and friends to sit back and relax. There is not a sofa bed in this villa. The kitchen has whitewashed wainscot cabinets, Quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all you need for vacation cooking. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry closet for your use.

Off the hall is a full bath with a shower. The primary bedroom has a king sized bed. New linens and lovely furnishings make this a very comfortable retreat. A comfy chair is perfect for relaxing with a good book. The en suite bath has a large vanity with a granite countertop and oversized tiled shower. Linens and bath towels are provided, however, please bring your own beach towels.

Property uses Sling TV. Therefore, best to bring your login information for your chosen viewing apps (ex. your Netflix, Prime, Youtube TV logins & passwords)

You will love spending time on the outside deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean where it meets the Edisto River. There is a short boardwalk off the deck that leads to Pelican Beach. This beautiful beach features softly lapping waves and a lovely natural landscape. 1306 Pelican Watch is also located very close to the Seabrook Island Club beach area facilities.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is included in this rental. The digital QR access is set up through the Seabrook Island Club, and gives you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities, except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity access also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool: no fees / indoor pool + fitness center: fees apply).
