The hotel overall was amazing! My room was cleaned every day which was so nice to come back each night. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for “a private event” every day and night of my stay. Mind you, there was never anyone or anything happening at the pool. When I asked the front desk, they just said they would have management follow up but I never heard anything back. The staff was super friendly and really made the stay. If you are looking for a pool, maybe book elsewhere.

Housekeeping was excellent. Top quality shampoo/lotions. Super comfortable bedding and pillows Beautiful lobby, famous carousel bar, friendly staff, extra plus with rooftop bar. My room did lose electricity and I had to shower in the dark Sunday morning and could not see to apply makeup. Reported at 6:30 AM, they were still working on it when I departed at 10:00.

We had the best stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff was so kind and accommodating when we had an issue with our room and the air conditioner. We were so grateful we loved the pool and it was just a gem of a place.
