"The house is everything you could ask for and exactly what the pictures show. Very clean and loaded with everything you need in the kitchen to cook any kind of meals. Rooms are all good size and the bathrooms are very nice! Our favorite part was the outside living area and pool which is where we spent 90% of our time. The pool was perfect for my twin 5 year old boys because it is shallow enough in most parts for them to touch from the walk in area over to the hot tub as well as to the bar seating while also being chest deep for me in the deepest part out by the infinity edge. The bubblers and jets make you feel like you are at a luxury resort pool! If you haven been to the 30A area like we hadn’t you will instantly fall in love with the town and the beaches. Cruising a gold card all around town is fun for the adults and the kids loved it. As for the beaches, I’ve never experienced such clean beaches and the softest white sugar like sand. Overall we had a great time with no issues and Jason was great to work with and answered every question before the trip as well as while we were there. We would love to stay here again!"

"Very cute cottage in a nice and quiet location. Very easy to get to The Big Chill and to The Horseshoe/Rosemary. The neighborhood was perfect for my preteen to ride his bike without worrying about traffic, close enough for the teen to bike to see his friends, and the dogs loved their walks each day. Would definitely stay there again."

"We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! The unit was beautiful, well stocked and very clean. The ocean views from this unit are stunning. LOVED the private beach! We rented bikes and rode daily to Rosemary and Alyssa beach area for dining and shopping. Our much more athletic teenagers even rode to Seaside to hang with friends! A win all around!"

"Our family of 4 plus our mini doodle had a lovely stay of 5 days. We found the cottage to be ideally located and sparklingly clean upon arrival. You would never guess a single pet had stayed there, as you could not even find a stray hair. All was as pictured inside. Despite being close to the main road that separates the neighborhood from the beach access point, we found that it was very quiet and private — a sanctuary away from the spring break crowds. The neighborhood is all brick/paver-lined streets — very charming with a loop towards the back that was ideal for dog walks. The master bedroom was so comfortable, and we slept like babies. Our kids, 10 and 8, loved the bunk beds. We had plenty of space indoors and felt safe letting the kids play around outside in the driveway. Nearby, we enjoyed trips to Grayson Beach, a private tour with 30A Boat Valet, and the restaurants in Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach, as well as The Big Chill for the kids. The only oddity was that two folks from the property management company (Mylan was one) told us the rental was not pet friendly, so I corrected them and assured them it was both advertised and booked as such. Minor communications issue that can easily be addressed by the owner and didn’t at all impact our satisfaction."
