"The first time I’ve stayed here for a few years as id started to use the Hilton in Ashford recently. Very impressed with this hotel now. It’s had a makeover and I’ll now be switching back. Very nice stay and very friendly staff too… excellent stay"

"The trek to our room was bad. We took the lift. Good. Then....we had to transverse a long corridor, then through anothher door, up a short flight of stairs, then another corridor! Wonderful hotel

"Stayed on a Friday night . Availed if happy hour with beautiful live jazz band music in the background. Staff so genuinely friendly . Interior decor is gorgeous. Normally book a 4 star hotel but this stay has changed our minds ! Well done falstaff !"
