"My wife and I just returned from our stay and loved it. The cottage is right on the beach with great views and only steps to the beach. It is charming , cosy, and comfortable. the layout is well organized and well appointed. It’s hard to beat early morning coffee, evening cocktails and beautiful sunsets on the upper deck. We were close to shopping and restaurants in Seaside and surrounding areas.The location was perfect. We are already planning a return visit."

"The view was spectacular! We have been coming to Seaside for over twenty years and have stayed in several honeymoon cottages and this is, by far, the best equipped we have stayed in. The beach chairs were a very nice touch and the location is perfect. We will continue to vacation in Seaside and when it is just the two of us, we will stay here again. "

"My wife and I (plus our 8 month old) stayed for 2 nights in this lovely Seaside Cottage/Tiny house. It was exactly as described. It is small and cozy - has everything you need for an enjoyable weekend. It is within the Seaside community and you get access to all amenities. The cottage was comfy and very clean. Also, shout out ot the shower, which had excellent water pressure. The vacation rental company was the best I've seen yet - super responsive, texted all the info on time, and honestly, there is nothing negative that can be said. 5/5 stars"

"Excellent property!!! This house was just perfect! We came with 8 adults and 2 children under 2. They had high chairs, pack and plays and a whole kids playroom stocked with great toys! Kitchen was well stocked and top of the line appliances. The living area had plenty of seating. Every bedroom had a bathroom and the beds were great! The deck had the most beautiful view and there was easy access to the beach. The host responded immediately to anything we needed! We would highly recommend this incredible house!!!"

"The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that. "

"The house could not have been better. Large open floor plan, each floor has a kitchen and laundry room which was wonderful, wide hallways, open layout. With a large group we could have together time at the big island and 12 seater table or find space to have quiet time. Outside is beautiful, pool and hot tub fabulous with private beach access. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and very well stocked. NO COMPLAINTS. We can't wait to come back."
