"This place was wonderful. They made us feel welcome after we left from a different hotel because we were uncomfortable in the situation. We were at it the other hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice. The place was clean and comfortable, and it felt safe. Was close to everything. Close to the beach, close to the shops. Would definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay."

"For the past ten years i’ve booked a room at Coast River when I come to Seaside, OR. The three times i’ve come this year alone my experience has been not so great. From a bathroom door that didn’t close to a clean room with dirty towels on the floor instead of clean ones. I tried to use the shower this morning before packing up and checking out and I had no hot or warm water. The quality of this place has gone down over the years. I’ll be looking for a new location to stay moving forward."

"Just realize ALL ROOMS are non-smoking and pet friendly. I chose a room based on those trying to get a view just to find out those two criteria don’t matter. Paid the extra $40 per night for our dog and were put in a room all the way at the end of the hall on the top floor. Signs all over say dogs are usually only on floors one and two. Not convenient at all and we booked well in advance. "
