City Centre Motel by OYO PROS: a very short distance from the beach and culture of Seaside; easy parking; very cozy bed with quality sheets; affordable CONS: Extremely small room, fridge literally blocks half of the bathroom entry (could be problematic for plus size folks or those with mobility issues); no chairs or places to sit other than bed; check-in not on-site but at another OYO motel 0.5 mi away; internet so weak that no sites load (none) -- Would stay here again. The affordability and convenient location outweigh the shortcomings of the room, and OYO could go a long way by adding at least one chair that conveniently slides under the wide dresser/entertainment center as well as investing in a stronger internet router.

This property is grossly overpriced. Was highly disappointed to see how little $200 bought. There isn’t even management on site. Walls paper thin. I could here ever single word spoken by the folks in the room next to me. Not worth the money at all.

Very close to beach and shops, dining,etc. A little outdated and plumbing can be noisy at times, but for the price and location, we cant complain. Good overall stay
