"This property is right on the beach. Near a hike and bike trail where you can see some interesting people come by over the course of the day and the night. There were kids/folk shooting fireworks off on the beach (a little later than expected but made for an interesting experience and was pretty fun to watch). The room itself was fine, the bedding was clean but could definitely tell it was used. The building is a little outdated but fine and the location right near the beach is perfect. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Top notch there and that's important for me. The staff were friendly and nice, the included continental breakfast was good, my teen and pre-teen boys both found things that they liked. The orange juice was a little watered down but the coffee was good, they had a selection of hot tea and there was a good selection of breads. (bread for toast, bagels, english muffins) there was also milk (and soy milk) and cereal. Pre-packaged hard boiled eggs and things like jelly and packets of peanut butter. No AC in the rooms but I don't think there is AC in many/any hotels in Oregon. So maybe that's a Texan thing and you could open a door and the sea air would flow through. There was a box fan in the room but we didn't even use it. The best thing about this place was the staff... they were so nice and answered questions about the area and things to do. Overall.. nice place to stay and a good price. Great staff and the included breakfast was well done."

"Second time here at the Inn by Seaside! We live coming here. We had a very late check in and the night staff was awesome. He made us laugh after and it was needed after a stressful 12 hour drive. Check out time is great. Allows you to get some extra relaxation after breakfast (which was good as well). Staff is friendly and room was clean and bed were comfortable. Close to the main attractions of Seaside. Definitely will be back again next time we visit Seaside,OR."

"This hotel is very clean and modern with ample outdoor parking. My daughter enjoyed the freshly baked cookies upon checking in. Our hotel room was a standard 2 bedroom with 2 king beds. We have never heard of rooms having 2 kings. We enjoyed the plush bedding. The staff was pleasant, esp the staff helping with breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was a hit as there was protein, eggs, and starch to fill us all up. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely coming back!"

"the building is being remodled , room was clean , but no AC , just a box fan , was not a ocean side room , staff was really friendly , there maintance person spot on ,friendly and was proud even though a lot of work is ahead of this hotel . look forward to try again next year on the remodel work as pictures show a more updated building , guess the older owners did nothing to keep up on building issues or remodel in down seasons . would be a guest now or even in the future ."
