The hotel has virtual check in. There is no front desk, concierge or any kind of personal assistants. The fan in the bathroom was pretty much useless and extremely noisy - so I unplugged it! There is no safe available so we had to carry everything with us all the time. The good points were we had a fridge and microwave with a grocery store close by and the coffee machine, in the lobby area, was amazing! The Italian restaurant right next door was fantastic!
