"The only complaint was the shuttle; we called once we had bags, and they would only send the shuttle once we were in the exhaust-filled pickup area. They should have sent immediately after the first call. All other hotels were there and waiting for customers."

"I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It was a very poorly managed and also rooms are very dirty. Nothing‘s working properly and they charge me more money. I don’t know what it is 57 and I had to pay extra $150. I already paid 297 so that’s about $400 a night. I’m very very disappointed."

"Our overall stay was 5 stars. Very good hotel to stay at. Clean, within walking or bike riding distance to pike street and pier 62. The staff was pleasant and informative. Will definitely be staying here again."
