"Excellent location within walking distance to the monorail and Pike's market. My main gripe is that we were there two nights and housekeeping did not come in to make up the beds or tidy up the bathroom.That's a turn off. Also they should have a coffee maker in the room with coffee, tea and creamer. ..."

"Parking was offsite, so not convenient. Staff was friendly but limited. Room was small, but clean. Very dated and could use some easy upgrades. Would stay again, and recommend for a quick layover before moving on to other accommodations like a cruise or National parks."
