Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with Bertazzoni range and Café fridge, OLED TV, fast WiFi, and a cozy faux fireplace. Start your morning with a cup of espresso, then relax on the spacious private rooftop deck. Dedicated carport and Level 2 EV charger included.

The space
The home includes a one-car carport with an EV charger.

The first floor features a bedroom and a full bath with direct access to the small yard.

The second floor offers an open living room and kitchen, plus a half bath. Relax on the large couch, enjoy the OLED TV, cozy up by the electric fireplace, or brew coffee with the espresso machine.
