The building is one of the few downtown communities that allows short-term rentals and provides exceptional amenities including an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and rooftop decks overlooking Elliott Bay.

Important: Per building policy, on-site check-in must be scheduled in advance. Guests are required to meet the host in person at the property to complete check-in.

Beautiful views of the the city and the ocean. Clean and comfy home. It worked out great for our family of 4. The only issue we had was the ceiling fan made a very loud nose and we did not use it because of the nose!
