This forest home is really fantastic. It has a really nice layout and the beautiful forested neighborhood is one of the best neighborhoods in the area. It’s just stunning filled with massive trees and beautiful homes. The home has large windows so the outdoor tranquility is really apart of your stay. Everything is clean and beautiful and the linens are hotel quality and the walk in closet is an absolute dream closet.
From confirmation to check in and out, the host was great to communicate with it. The place was spacious and offered plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed our stay!
The picture did not do this home justice.. beautiful place to just relax on the deck & enjoy your side or wine which ever you preferred.. seen deer horses numerous of different birds .. communication was great
We stayed for a week during a remodeling project in our home. Quiet neighborhood, great paths for walking the dog & a lovely, comfortable place to call home! Thanks for a great stay.
We stayed in this beautiful home for 3 nights. We loved it! The kitchen is fantastic and the beds are so comfortable. The house is situated in a woods like setting.. so pretty, quiet and calming. Brad is a great host and checks in to see if your stay is going well and if you need anything.
This property provided a serene and peaceful place to relax. While being only a few minutes from virtually anything you could need. I'm looking forward to my next excuse to stay.
Everything about Bridle Trails Treehouse was top-notch! Excellent choice for our 4 day stay in Bellevue. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. We were able to grill out one night which was great. We were visiting from out of town and had some relatives come to visit and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was all we had envisioned and more!
Very roomy and clean. It was just me and my wife, but could hold more easily. Brad was great. We’d stay there again. Nice appliances, showers and beds. Took a while to get used to the thermostat (needed to set it low to avoid overheating), but it was quite efficient.
We just returned home after our nearly two week stay at Bridle Trails Treehouse. What a gorgeous home with every amenity you could ever imagine and what an unbelievably beautiful location! Brad was great -- always super responsive and he checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. I had so much fun cooking in that incredible kitchen and while it was too chilly to spend much time on the deck or patio, it was enough to just see them through the many windows. While it may feel as though you are miles away from civilization, you aren't. Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Bellevue Mall -- all just minutes away. We couldn't have found a better place and we can't wait to go back!
Had a great stay. Perfect for mixed small groups or families traveling together.
As to the review someone else posted about the landlord living in an adjoining unit- the only connection is a locked door in a hallway at the far end of the rental in a light use area off of one of the living rooms near the kitchen. We never heard the owner or saw the owner except for when we called him with a question about the house and he quickly came over at our request to show us something. Didnt bother us a bit and was actually handy to have him nearby and attentive.
We had a multigenerational stay for a family event. We had plenty of space to spread out and multiple areas for visiting amongst ourselves. Nice big kitchen with lots of counterspace was wonderful to gather in. Host was very responsive. The area is very peaceful and quiet. We hope to be back in the future!familyevent
It's rare to be based in the suburbs close to shopping and easy access to 520, but still feel like you're in the woods. And the house is well appointed. The kitchen appliances are top tier and well maintained. The beds and linens are high quality and very comfortable. The trade-off for being surrounded by mature fur trees is heavy shade so the house may feel dark in winter, but it was perfect for staying cool during this sunny summer. Also, this is not the place for folks who don't love dogs. The dogs that live in the other wing are well behaved and mostly quiet, but definitely present (e.g. active in a visible dog run; occasionally audible through the shared walls). Brad was very responsive, polite, and proactive. Will certainly come back next summer if we need a similar arrangement.
We stayed 6 days at Bridle Trails Treehouse and we enjoyed it a lot. The location is convenient that we got to meet friends in downtown Bellevue often. Abundant choices of restaurants and grocery nearby. We also got to invite friends over as the lounge is huge that allows us to create some quality social hours with visitors. (Not overnight or party but just gathering)The house was divided into 2 separate sections. The owner lives in the right wing but the areas are divided by a sealed door so you won’t see the owner throughout the stay. The communication with the owner is timely and Brad is very helpful and friendly at all time.Other unique features including:-Master Suite with King bed, hotel quality sheets and towels, walk-in closet, Smart TV, and Washer/Dryer-Guest Bedroom with Queen bed, and hotel quality sheets and towels-High-end Kitchen with granite island, bar stools, and all the amenities-Family Room w/ Smart TV, comfy leather couch, Scandinavian reclining lounge chair, lighted display curios, and gas fireplace-Great Room in Hexagon Shape, with sofa bed, massive gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and french doors to back patio-Dining room with seating for 6, and french doors to back patio-Den with desk for WFH, with 70’s wetbar, and french doors to back forty-Quiet neighborhood with 2 offstreet parking spaces (free), and direct access to wonderful walking and horse riding pathsOverall, it’s highly recommended for people traveling as a group.

Wonderful location and home, note: host lives in property, and has access to living space
The house is nice and well stocked, in a beautiful wooded location in Bridle Trails. Lovely living space with cozy fire place, everything you need for cooking, and great area for walking.
We stayed there temporarily as we were moving into a new home in Kirkland from another state, and he allowed us to bring our pets. Our first night or two, we had a few strange experiences, and while the property description noted that the host lives on property--I had the impression that it was a separate dwelling unit and not a shared space.
To separate the living space, there's a small sliding piece of wood with fairly large gaps, which the host has the ability to lock on his side, but guests cannot on theirs. We could hear their music, tv, dog, and conversations. A few times, the music transitioned to play on the TV in the room that my 4 year old son was sleeping in--startling him awake.
At about 11pm, it sounded to me as if the front door was open. I walked over to see, and the host was outside with a truck, and the door was wide open (there's no additional way to lock the front door from the inside--deadbolt is tied to the keypad). I asked what was going on and why he had opened the door, and I didn't get a very clear answer. As 2 women and a 4-year-old child staying there, we felt unnerved and a bit uncomfortable the entire time.
He did try to make things more comfortable through the rest of the week, and we loved the house, but steps could be taken to ensure guests' privacy.
Brad was a great host! The house was very comfortable & in a great neighborhood. Quiet & relaxing but easy to get to everything. House had all the amenities & we really enjoyed our 2-½ month stay!
Home's host, Brad, was extremely welcoming and easy to work with. The house is beautiful, you feel like you're in a tree house. The beds are very comfortable, the high-end kitchen is well-maintained, and the house was very clean and beautiful. Location is perfect for both Bellevue and Seattle 520 /405 is easy to access. You won't be disappointed if you stay here. *****
Absolutely loved our stay at the Bridal Trails Treehouse! The property was even more spacious than we expected, providing a peaceful and relaxing escape. Brad, our host, was amazing and incredibly accommodating with our last-minute booking. He made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The serene environment and the beautiful treehouse made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway!
We stayed at this lovely home in the woods of Bridel Trails while visiting our son who lives in Bellevue. We enjoyed this property very much.... only wished the weather would have allowed us to make use of the beautiful out door areas. Brad was very responsive to all concerns that were passed on to him. We hope to return here in October! It is highly recommended.
We had a wonderful time in this one-of-a-kind home. Spacious, tastefully furnished, pristine, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location could not have been more perfect given that we had to spend time in both Seattle and Bellevue.
Great, relaxing outdoor space with trails as well as the hot tub on the deck (clean with perfect temperature!)
Check-in was easy; we were met by the manager who was super helpful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend.
