Just listed 2 bed / 1 bath basement apartment on the east slope of Queen Anne. View of SLU and downtown, must love stairs. ;) Two bedrooms, each with queen size memory foam beds, closet space and storage. One full bath with shower and heated towel racks. Small kitchenette in laundry room with sink, coffee maker, toaster/oven, every day dishes and mini-fridge. Wifi, YouTube TV, covered patio, and access to the most desired neighborhood in Seattle.

Because this is a basement apartment, you may hear people walking upstairs. Street parking is available. Twelve minute walk to Climate Pledge Arena, Seattle Center, QFC grocery store, coffee shops, and more.
