Experience 2,900+ sq ft of light-filled design, fully equipped with Triple-Zone Central AC for personalized comfort. The home comfortably hosts 6 guests (up to 8 with prior approval and additional fee) across a spacious main house and a fully private-entry guest suite.

While the garage is located at street level, the home is accessed via a flight of stairs down behind the garage—rewarding you with sweeping lake views and a peaceful, tucked-away setting.

Main House
First Floor: An open-concept gathering space with lake views and a fire-place, a dining table for 8, and a breakfast nook for 4. The kitchen is curated for gourmets with an espresso machine, and premium essentials. The first floor includes a powder room with a bidet-equipped toilet. Note: Pantry is reserved for host use.

Second Floor (The Spa Level): The primary suite includes a King bed, electric fireplace, a work-space and a walk-in closet. The spa-style ensuite is shared with the secondary Queen bedroom and features a soaking tub, dual standing showers, dual sinks, and a bidet-equipped toilet. The primary suite also includes a 50" 4k Smart TV.

Third Floor Loft: An entertainment space with a 65” Smart TV, Queen sofa bed, exercise bike, and a mini-fridge.

Access & Mobility: Entry to the home requires descending a notable flight of exterior stairs from the garage level to the front door. Due to the terraced waterfront topography, this home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Waterfront & Equipment: Use of the private dock and water gear (kayaks/paddleboards) is at your own risk. Gear is available upon request for an additional fee and requires a signed liability waiver. Life vests are mandatory at all times. The host assumes no liability for injuries or accidents related to water activities.

Layout & Privacy: The second-floor spa bathroom is a shared ensuite between the Primary and second bedroom. Guests should be mindful of the dual-entry privacy locks.

Security & Parking: For the safety of your group and the estate, all vehicles must be parked inside the private garage with the door closed. Do not leave valuables visible in vehicles.

Great house and responsive hosts!

We had a great time at this lovely home on the lake! The owners were very responsive to the few questions we had and were very helpful. They also provided a generous amount of breakfast foods and other goodies in the kitchen. The neighborhood is a little off putting up at the road, but once you enter the house it’s your own little paradise on the lake, where we enjoyed watching ospreys and water planes. Although the Renton airport is right there, the noise was not a problem and it was cool to see Boeing send a couple brand new planes into the world. Thanks for a great getaway!

Outstanding property and host

Six of us stayed together in this beautiful home and had plenty of room, comfortable beds, and bathrooms in an ideal setting on Lake Washington. Every floor looks out on the water and the outdoor space is well appointed with an outdoor kitchen, hot tub, fire pits, lounge furniture, two docks, stand up paddleboards, and kayaks. To top off this outstanding property, our host was the best rental property host we have ever had. We had great communication and there were special touches that not many hosts take the effort to deliver. Highly recommend!

Senior Trip Family Time

This property is absolutely gorgeous and truly does deliver on everything! The host was the sweetest, most welcoming, and attentive one we’ve ever experienced. Family had everything we needed…lake, swimming, hot tub, paddle boarding, games, many rooms to be together as family and also have private space, out door kitchen and dining area, very cozy beds, and stocked with all essentials. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors were very friendly….we even shared some tacos with them one night while BBQing! We were able to rent jet skis and attend a Mariners game, did some shopping, and enjoyed much needed family time on the lake! If you’re looking for the perfect lake house….this is it! We cannot wait to come back!
