The location of the place is great and very convenient. I did have a few issues during my stay that I wanted to share as feedback. Parking was a bit challenging, so it would be helpful to have clearer instructions or information about parking options, especially for guests with SUVs or larger vehicles. There was also quite a bit of loud intimate noise coming from the neighboring room very early in the morning, which woke me up and made it difficult to fall back asleep as the noise continued. The bathtub was also clogged, and the water wasn’t draining properly while I was taking a shower. Additionally, the door code worked the first time but didn’t work afterward. I had to contact customer service, and they kindly walked me through the process of locating a secure key to get back inside. Overall, the location was great, but addressing these issues would make the stay much more comfortable and convenient for future guests. Thank you!

Amazing Place to Stay

This room was a wonderful place to stay while I was in town for my daughter's wedding. The bed was comfortable, the location quiet, and the room well equipped with everything I needed! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a room in the area.

Room enough for one person - maybe two if you are close with one another - but great amenities, fantastic views, and amazing neighborhood! Place was very clean, among the cleanest I’ve stayed in, and the bed sheets were so soft and inviting!

Great location!

Small but everything you need for 2 people. Great location, in a safe and quiet neighborhood and the free parking was a great addition. Close enough to the city (took ~10-20 min to get to main attractions) but in a safer and more comfortable location. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep while exploring during the day.

The place is quite small as described. The rooftop deck and hot tub are shared amongst the units but the location and views were amazing! Property worked for exactly what we needed and you can't beat the price. There were a handful of small things that we began to notice the longer we stayed, that should be easily fixable (appropriately fitting shower curtain, wall shelves tightened, a little extra dusting, and the bed mattress on top of proper frame and not OSB board, etc). *communication with property manager was not required during our stay.

Perfect Location! Highly recommend

Our stay on Mercer Island was second to none. Impeccable view from the Blue Angel room and from the rooftop seating area. Did not need to contact the host for anything; everything was satisfactory for us. Only issue was that the tub of the shower didn’t drain properly— minor thing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful apartment but bad communication from VRBO.

This is a beautiful property, clean, well-maintained and very convenient location. My only issue was that communicating with VRBO was very difficult and inconsistant. We were emailed offering an option for a late checkout, the link told us we could pay 14 extra dollars for four extra hours. I tried to follow the link and after a lot of difficulty reaching VRBO customer service, I was told that was actually not an option. First time using VRBO and I won’t be using it again, which is a shame because the room was very nice.

Fixer Upper

The house is in an exceptional neighborhood on Mercer Island. Parks and town is spooky clean. The hot tub, which was the only reason I selected the room, only works intermitantly and only for a few minutes. Very dissapointed. No bath robes like the in room book said. One of the closet doors was missing and the towel rack next to the toilet was falling off the wall. The room was fully stocked otherwise. Bring K-cups unless you drink good coffee. No Coffee machine in room. Room was clean except under the bed amd in a few corners one wouldnt normally look. Would have loved my stay had the room amd facilities been in good repair. Will not book again despite the roof top seating with a spectacular view. Seriously dissapointed it wasnt up to standards

Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.

This is a very nice stay for a solo traveler or a couple wanting a cozy and romantic getaway. It is compact but comfortable and the views are incredible! The hot tub was great — I used it every night! Everything is clean and communication was good. I didn’t have any problems. Would definitely stay here again!My only issue is that the downtown is not in walking distance (1.5 miles). If you have a car it is a quick drive but I think it’s important to know you will either walk a long way or need to take a Lyft to get to the light rail and coffee shops. But the light rail and the coffee are great! I strongly recommend Macrina Bakery. And the light rail is safe and takes you to all the main areas around Seattle.
