You will be perched across the street from the Convention Center and mere minutes to the local dining scene where you can eat your way through the city. Don’t forget to explore the natural beauty of Washington by partaking in nearby hiking trails.

This condo is located just below Capitol Hill and the Space Needle and in close proximity to Pike Place Market, making it a desirable location indeed. Inside, enjoy relaxing on the sofa and catching up on your favorite TV shows. When you get hungry, the kitchen has all the necessary appliances for whipping up a tasty meal. Dine together at the dinner table fit for four. At night, rest your head in one of two bedrooms, each of which includes a TV.

Please note: Due to the historic nature of this building, you may encounter sounds and smells typical of older structures. The Elektra building features a boiler heating system typical of older buildings. While it provides warmth during your stay, you may experience some noise as it operates. These sounds are simply part of its story!

Reserved parking space was nice. Beds were comfortable. The place was smaller and not as nice inside as the pictures made it seem. The cups and silverware we went to use were dirty. Overall, the place was just ok.

Central Respite stay

We were in Seattle for surgery for our son, this was located close to Harborview where he was for a few days. it is nice to have a spot to get back to and relax that isn't a hotel. Pricing was great too.

Great central location. Apartment is a bit dingy with peeling paint and older doors that stick etc. but it’s decorated nicely enough and was clean.

Pretty Good

Overall, the place was nice. Just nothing over the top, what you see is what you get. It worked perfectly for our group of three to have a place to sleep at night. The apartment was very clean, however, the building itself is pretty out dated. Our host was amazing and always super communicative and answered any questions we had. Overall it was a good experience and worth what we paid for.

Best Location

The apartment was perfect for my 2 sons and me. You get access to the roof which was amazing. 360 view of the city! You can grab a scooter and get anywhere. There are 2 little grocery stores nearby. They're expensive but oh well it's a big city. We will stay there again for sure!!!

Nice place for exploring Seattle

Great location with walking distance from many attractions. Older unit that could use a few updates. Cracked and loose tile in bathroom presented a potential hazard. Tub/shower very slippery and bathroom could use a mat. Kitchen well stocked but unit only supplied with ONE garbage bag. Also no balcony as in the ad, but rooftop access is offered.

4 night stay in Seattle

This property was in a good location and spacious for 3 adults. Unfortunately we encountered several issues. The main being the checkin process. No one was there to communicate with us and all the numbers called did not respond. We appreciate that it was the 4th of July but some pre communication would have been helpful. After finally getting access to the unit there was no toilet paper, damp towels, and no instructions for the TV and much needed air conditioner. It would have been beneficial to have a basic information manual and information on the area. We do need to acknowledge Simon who came to try and rectify our issues. Overall hard to say if we would stay at this location again.

Good price for the location

The location is great. Right on the border between downtown and capitol hill area (next to the convention center). The appartment was decent. It had all the odds and ends we needed. Some of the furniture was a bit worn, but the beds and the couch were comfy. The bathroom could use some cosmetic enhancements, but it was all functional. There was a rooftop balcony which was a nice bonus for having a glass of wine and catching the sunset. One amenity that was a little disappointing was Air Conditioning. The listing said there was AC, which you probably don't even need in Seattle most of the year, but we visited during a patch of hot weather. We were a little disappointed to find there was just a single AC unit that has to hook up to the window and only one portable fan for the entire unit. One bedroom had a ceiling fan, but the cord for the light in the fan seemed to be missing and to have the fan on meant the light had to be on, which didn't work for sleeping. But sweaty nights aside, the location is good, the price is reasonable, and the check-in staff were nice and helpful.

Great location!

This apartment is located in a convenient location. We parked there easily and didn't need the car for the rest of our stay, walking easily to Smith Observatory Tower, Pike Place Market, and the Space Needle. The place was comfortable and sufficient. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and watched movies via Netflix. The highway noise acted like white noise at night and I quite liked that!
