In order not to dwell too much on this review, I will only tell you that the rooms do not have air conditioning. They are damaged and I don't know how long and about the cleaning I only have to say that the smoke detector was covered by a plastic bag, I think the previous guests did it so they could smoke and the cleaning they did to the room was of such good quality that They didn't see that bag which is on the wall in the entire entrance

This property is very close to a convention center that my company uses frequently. It’s a nice hotel with convenient parking and access to restaurants close by. I’ve stayed a few times and it’s always been a good experience

All the staff were so friendly and wanting to help. We’ve stayed many times at this property and this was definitely the best. They have done a refresh on this property which makes it more up to date. The breakfast which waa included was excellent.

nice free breakfast and afternoon happy hour snacks. room is clean and big. Odd things are there is no closet or cloth hangers to hang jackets and no luggage racks. no extra towel at the pool, but there are extra towels from the room to use.

Staff didn’t advise the room ventilation doesn’t work until I mentioned at the time of check out. As well as the shower faucets is leaking water cause water pressure issues. Room are generally clean and spacious. The breakfast serving is a plus, good variety of choice as well as hot kitchen available for breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK HERE!! A/c is broken and we were never told about this prior to our stay. When I contacted the front desk about it, they told us to open the window and they brought us a box fan. It’s hotter than our house in Florida! On top of that, they wouldn’t give us a refund for our remaining days bc it was booked through Expedia. They offered points but we wouldn’t have them available to use for 10-14 days. Totally unacceptable.

Staff knew that there were issues with the thermostat and did not inform us until we adjusted the temp in the room and it remained warm. We stayed overnight to have a comfortable sleep but it was far from comfortable. They were nice to offer us a fan but did not move us to a different room, and all they gave us were some hotel points that I'm not sure if we ever going to use. At checkout they weren't very helpful too.

Easy access, very friendly and helpful staff. Had to add an extra night, and desk clerk made sure I got the same room, saving me the hassel of a change of location. The Sports bar and breakfast staff were also very nice and attentive. All in all, a very nice stay.

At their nightly cocktail hour, there’s free alcohol which is great, but for us adults who can’t or shouldn’t drink anymore, our only option is water or Shirley temple. They have non-alcoholic beer, but it’s not part of the free cocktails. Sucks for those of us who’d like to partake in happy hour responsibly.

The staff especially the breakfast staff was AAMAZING!!! So kind and friendly. The room was ok, not as clean as i expected. The bathroom smelt HORRIBLE, if i was staying longer i would have asked to switch rooms but i have a 16 month old and we didn’t get there til 9 and were only staying one night. The housekeeping lady showed up at 9 and would not stop knock and rudely asked “when are you checking out?” Looked me up and down and said “when are you leaving”. It just wasn’t my best experience. Not sure if I’ll be back

I liked how there was events. And love they have a restaurant. And it's a big courtyard . Lots of room to move around. Only thing I kinda of would do is not be on 2nd.floor it's to noisy with the event going on a dart tournament. I couldn't relax with noise
