The property is beautiful and the staff amazing. The only thing I would have loved was air conditioning. The heat wave in the UK was crazy brutal. Highly recommend this wonderful place

Great location close to Paddington station. Comfy beds and clean, no air con but they did supply a fan, but was unfortunate weather was very very hot. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, but we couldn’t sleep at all because it was very stuffy and hot. We had to keep window open and left fan on constantly because of no air conditioning, but it didn’t help much. The spiral stairs going up to our room was exhausting and dangerously narrow, no lifts available. The Internet reception was excellent. Location of hotel was very convenient. Very expensive for what it is.

Reception manager was extremely helpful, polite and welcoming. The location is very good, convenient for Paddington but also quite, plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and a few minutes from Hyde Park. The building is tastefully renovated and very clean.

Lovely hotel, very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful, whilst still being professional. An easy walk between Queensway and Paddington tube stations, lots of restaurants, cafes and small shops nearby, but immediate area is quiet and peaceful. Hyde park is nearby, a good location.
