The space
Relax and unwind in this chic, modern and spacious 1400 square foot standalone townhome. Featuring panoramic views of Lake Union, the Olympics, Gasworks Park & the Seattle skyline from the expansive rooftop deck, ideal for barbequing and soaking up the sun. Our home features an open main floor kitchen with quartz countertops, island prep/breakfast bar, Abodian cabinetry, luxurious Bertazzoni & Paykel Fisher appliances and hardwood floors. A/C, custom blinds and abundant natural light throughout. Super comfortable memory foam mattresses with fluffy down-alternative duvets on every bed. High speed wifi, cable, Netflix and smart tv features included. Off-street parking, private garden patio, and complimentary luggage storage available.

-This is a standalone townhome with no shared neighbor walls.
-The living spaces are on three levels, with a fourth level deck on the roof.
-There are three sets of stairs inside the home.
-The bathroom on the third floor is a jack and jill style, meaning the primary king bedroom and the twin bed guest room share one bathroom with adjoining doors from both sides.
-Because Eastlake is an urban and vibrant neighborhood so close to downtown, you should occasionally expect to hear some street and neighbor noise.
-We have exterior security cameras at the front and patio doors. There are no cameras inside the house.
