Excellent property and host

Kids loved the back yard, house was clean and very comfortable for us. Host was very accommodating for early check in and responsive to queries we had. Very happy with our stay, just wish we could have stayed longer!

Bothell getaway

What a wonderful place to stay on our vacation! Property was clean, homey and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this property for a Seattle area getaway!

Home away from home

Great house in Bothell

Fantastic Home in a nice secluded neighborhood. Very clean, very comfortable, space to socialize, nice neighborhoods to walk, owner was very responsive, kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. Not sure what else you would be looking for if you’re looking for a home for up to eight people in Bothell.

Family trip

The property was very comfortable and spacious enough that we could have family over while we visited the PNW. The kitchen was well equipped and we had coffee and creamer for our stay which is very appreciated. The Host was communicative and reached out to prepare us for a power outage that lasted several hours. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located near restaurants and shopping. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Family Christmas

We had a wonderful time in this home! Plenty of room to cook holiday meals in a wonderfully equipped kitchen. Also cozy to watch a movie downstairs by the fireplace. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed playing fetch in the large backyard. Great location-will definitely be back.

The location of the property was great to all different cities! The house was super clean and accommodated plenty of people, including room for a pack and play for an infant. The hosts were super communicative and it was a very easy and great process! Highly recommend renting this property!

Girls Group Birthday and Wine

Do not hesitate to rent this property if looking for lots of space to stay within nearby neighborhoods. Listing is confusing. Three full bedrooms upstairs. TV room bonus room air mattress very comfy downstairs. LOTS OF ROOM. Quiet. Close to Bothell Woodinville. Hostess contacts you immediately.

Wonderful stay in Bothell

Great local Getaway!

We really enjoyed staying at this home! Our kiddos loved the playground and didn't want to leave. The place was clean, quiet, comfortable and all around a great place for our quick weekend getaway, as our home was being shown to sell. Super comfy beds and lots of space to enjoy family. The close proximity to local restaurants was a bonus!

The home was exceptional. Very clean and well appointed. There were lots of thoughtful amenities provided such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper goods, and coffee. There was even a childrens playground in the backyard which kept my 7 year old granddaughter busy! Very close to a number of restaurants and attractions.Kaley, the host, was extremely response in her communications. This is the smoothest run VRBO I've ever used. New Years in Bothell

The host was very helpful as we made inquiries prior to our stay. The house is easy to find and there are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Pictures and description on the website are accurate, although the kitchen is better equipped than noted--one of the best equipped rental house kitchens we've been to! We also really appreciated that they provided some paper products, garbage bags, and coffee bar supplies!! Beds and living area furniture are very comfy. We definitely recommend this property!

Exactly as portrayed

The property is, refreshingly, exactly as portrayed in the listing. The split level setting offers sufficient room for a good sized group (we had five), the kitchen can easily be used, and the bathroom setup accommodated our group well enough. A couple of caveats are worth noting: our stay was a summertime one, with temperature variations that required both heating and cooling. The unit has a Nest smart thermostat, which works well, but the schedule seemed to reset every night, and our group was a little confused by its actions. It should also be noted that the property is indeed close to Woodinville wineries, which is nice, but is a bit further out from Seattle than some properties, so its location is worth noting for future renters. All in all, we would stay here again. The hosts communicate well, the property is clean and comfortable, and the price was reasonable.

Family wedding

This was our “home base” to explore the Woodinville/Seattle area before my nephew’s wedding. Beautiful area with lots to do. Kayle was a wonderful hostess and we loved her place. Perfect location! Her home is very cute and comfortable w/everything you need. Definitely a place to return to!

Quite enjoyable

Our family of five stayed while attending a wedding. The house was very nicely furnished. The beds were confortable and the linens and towels were nice also. The kitchen was well furnished. It was nice to have laundry facilities. There were a nice TV room and back yard which we would have enjoyed if we had spent more time at the house. The check in and check out procedures were easy.

Amazing rental close to everything

Such a great rental close to so many of the great things the Seattle area has to offer. Clean, comfortable, well laid out, and we LOVED the backyard! Communication with the host was easy and straightforward. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Very clean and comfortable property

Recently renovated property and very clean. Comfortable mattresses and bedding in all 3 bedrooms we used. Plenty of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soaps. Enough hand and bath towels for everyone. Plenty of paper products (toilet paper and kitchen towels). Drip coffee machine and host provided filters and plenty of ground coffee and creamer. In other words, we did not have to run out to a store for essentials. Air conditioning worked well during heat wave while we were staying at property. Water dispenser and ice maker did not work so we bought bottled water but faucet water tasted pretty decent, too.

Great proximity to local destinations

Parking was great for our group of out of town folks, Ubers were easily available for some trips into woodinville for some events we had planned. House was in great shape and exactly what we needed. Kaley was super helpful sending over info ahead of time. If you’re in need a home base for the weekend outside of Seattle this is a great spot.

In town for a graduation and this was a wonderful place to spend the weekend. Lovely, peaceful setting. Immaculately kept. Superbly appointed. Had everything we needed in a beautifuly furnished home. And... the hosts were extremely easy to contact. Definitely recommend if staying in the area.
