The breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable, though I wish the pillows were firmer. The bathroom was clean. There were a few paint chips on the doors, but nothing major. The bathroom could use more hooks for toiletry bags and towel racks so wet towels can dry and be reused. Otherwise, it was a good stay. The room was nice and spacious, with plenty of space to lay out luggage.

Walkable from the airport! Close to a few restaurants and gas station. Staff is friendly and helpful. You have to ask for room cleaning (which we did not know until our last day) so we had to keep asking for towels. Also be prepared to spend $50 minimum on an uber ride to downtown Seattle (15-20min away).

Staff was really helpful front desk gave us answers to all the questions we had and also gave us suggestions that were budget friendly. Room was clean. There’s also a Dennys and Jack in the box right outside. We didn’t have to drive a distance to have a midnight bite.

They were great. It’s an older hotel but I appreciate the fact they’re still hospitable. Plus they’re making upgrades which seems like they’ll enhance the property. The staff was excellent, very courteous and professional.

Company was in a rebuilding phase and nothing matched. Yes, it's a dated hotel appearance but it just felt grimy. Definitely did not take off my shoes. And my bed had a sunken in matress. Shower pressure was PERFECT and felt good. it was ok for one night... the next morning, shuttle was delayed by 30 min (the driver was FANTASTIC) but another person staying at the hotel said his car got broken into--Parked RIGHT IN FRONT OF HOTEL. Sketchy but it served my purpose.

Start with the good, the room was fairly clean and bed was comfy. Convenient to some fast food and Denny's which was actually really positive place to eat. Shuttle service from airport and they would take you to tram station for free. They are in middle of a huge upgrade/facelift and hopefully renovation will be awesome. Only 1 elevator worked and it sounded questionable at times. Staff was not too helpful, except the breakfast area was small but run very well. Price was okay for 1 night before cruise.
