Our fully-furnished homes feature full kitchens, energy-efficient appliances, in-unit laundry, and triple-paned windows for ultimate comfort. Enjoy panoramic views from the rooftop terrace, unwind in lush courtyards, or stroll to Madrona Park, Public Square, or local eateries.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
