This is a northwest living with a palms spring feel. This home sits on an oversized lot with its backyard facing the sound and mountain for a wonderful afternoon sunset sky. It is located on an upscale Edmonds Private Compound . Our group of eight long time college friends enjoyed our time here. The kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for several cooks at one time. The deck looking over the pool was a beautiful peaceful place for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location was close to the the many restaurants and boutique shops in downtown Edmonds.Kely, our host, was very responsive to all messages. A very helpful, attentive host!

Great stay in Edmonds

Our large family loved the accomodations. The kiddos loved the pool and the game room (as did the adults) and also the porch. The location is great and the host was super responsive and helpful! The kids are already asking to go back :)

We had a beautiful stay in Edmonds near our family and friends and we were all able to enjoy the many amenities of the house. The pool and hot tub were a highlight of our stay!

Good Gathering House

The property is as shown in the listing, but the "heated" part of the pool amenity in the title is not included in the rental fees (there is a daily electrical fee for heating the pool). As with many rentals with a game room, a number of machines were out of order, but the majority worked and were a value-add. The house is well equipped and is comfortable for a small group. The pool is the best amenity. My guests all enjoyed the house and commented positively on what a great place it was.

Family vacation 2022

We had wonderful time at Edmonds Villa. It was a great location for seeing the sites in the Seattle area. The house was very nice and the amenities were great. The pool and hot tub were awesome, especially for the children! Kely did a great job of communicating with us. We highly recommend this location!!!!

Great space for a family visit

We had 10 family members staying here very comfortably for a total of 7 nights, enjoying the hot tub, pool, game room and outdoor patio area. Plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was large and very well equipped. Kely was super responsive to our questions and requests. Would definitely come back!

This property is amazing. The photos do not donthe place justice. Everything is amazing from the time younwalk through the doors. My children ages 6 to 13 loved the game room , i would be lying if i didnt say so did the grown-up

The house is beautiful overall, it’s very clean, got all the necessary equipment we needed. The host was very helpful, helping me with questions that I have for. And the pool and spa was just perfect, a good way to spend our days here with friends and family. I’ll definitely come back here.

Lovely Home

I stayed with a group of ladies for our annual get away. The home is as described. We used to pool and hot tub daily. The primary shower is wonderful with duel shower heads. The beds are comfortable. We'd stay again, however, we like to visit new locations every year.

If we ever find ourselves back in the area we will stay here again. Something for everyone and so nice! Playroom was great entertainment and the pool/ hot tub were kept up nicely. Kid and adult friendly. The host replied back within minutes and was very helpful. 10/10

Pastor's Wives Retreat

It was very clean and comfortable and accessible. We had trouble getting the spa heated up but the host could eventually assist us remotely. It can sleep 10 people, 2 to a bed comfortably, but not 16. The coffee maker doesnt work well as it doesnt fit right. There are not enough dishes for all of the guests. We may want to come back again, though.coffee maker

Great space for family stay

Overall, it was a great space for eight people! Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces for all of us. The dining space was great for our Thanksgiving dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wash several of the dishes before using them because they were put away dirty. The game room was great, but 3 out of the 5 pinball machines were broken. The sauna was not working either, but the host graciously offered to have the sauna and pinball machines fixed during our stay.

NYE 2022

We loved this property and was perfect for spending a couple of nights to celebrate with friends. The owner is super helpful with anything you need. Used the pool and hottub despite the snow and cold. The owner made sure it was heated for us. Lot's to do at this house.
