Additionally, as part of our safety protocol, we may require you to sign a rental agreement prior to your stay. You can rest easy knowing your space is covered with $1,500 In “All-Risk” Damage Protection. Although rare, accidental damage from guests does happen. Traditionally, this was managed via a security deposit or vacation rental damage insurance purchased by the guest. Both are cumbersome and often have big limitations in protection.
With “all-risk” protection, accidental damage from a guest is covered unless it’s specifically excluded such as, but not limited to, normal wear and tear, infestation, or prior damage.

Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will charge a $100 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure not to leave anything behind! 😅💸

We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long-term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages! 🙏📦
