This property offers a modern vacation rental condominium in Seattle's Belltown neighborhood. It is just a few blocks from the water, walkable to Seattle's attractions, the best restaurants, sporting arenas, museums and Seattle Center. This property is located directly between the Pike Place Market and the Space Needle.
Remodeled in April 2015, this modern quiet condo sleeps up to 4 adult guests comfortably, offers a balcony overlooking the garden, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a luxurious queen size bed in the bedroom with an American Leather queen sleeper in the living room. It offers HDTV flat screen TV's and wireless internet.
Secure underground entrances and parking is available on site, as well as a heated swimming pool, hot tub, day room, spacious rooftop deck and a fully equipped fitness center with a sauna.
While the building itself is located in the heart of Belltown, this condo faces the beautiful garden courtyard which ensures a quiet place to stay.

GREAT WEEKEND AWAY

Great place to stay in a nice neighborhood! Parked the car and didn't drive it again until we left for home. Loved the location and easy walking to everything. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area. Easy walk to Climate Pledge Arena for the March Madness basketball tournament!

We stayed here 2 days before our cruise to Alaska, so we could explore Seattle. Everything was within walking distance and condo very accomodating. Communication was Great! Easy check in and out. Highly recommend

Perfect Stay

This was our first VRBO stay and we are so happy that we made the choice to try it. We stayed two nights and were able to easily access much of what Seattle has to offer. We felt safe to walk and it was easy to get to the train. The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

Belltown Appartment

We had an enjoyable stay in the appartment which was well equipped and the sofa bed was very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool and A/C as we were staying during a heatwave.

Perfect location

Very clean, easy to work with. We arrived early very accommodating , spectacular roof top view of the sound nice court yard. The hot tub was being worked on. But so many other things to do. Great food close by as well . Would highly recommend .

Nice Condo

We stayed here for 4 nights before our cruise. The condo was nice and clean. The location is very convenient. We didn't need to rent a car, most of the attractions and restaurants are within walking distance. We loved our stay a lot and would rent it again next time we're in Seattle. Location...Secure Parking...Roof Deck Views...Oh my!!!!

This was a splurge for us and worth every dollar! My mom, husband and I enjoyed a few days in Seattle for an event at the Space Needle. PERFECT location for walking to everything amazing in Seattle! We were very comfortable in the condo, on the rooftop deck and fixing meals in the kitchen. We will definitely stay again!

Great Location

We choose this location as it was close to Pier 66 for our Alaskan Cruise. Close to the Space Needle and Pikes Market within walking distance. Seemed a bit sketchy after dark with homeless folks. Though we did not walk after dark and used an Uber. Most large cities have homeless issues.

Perfect spot pre-cruise for family

Great communication and enjoyed the required tour upon check-in! Laundry and included parking were key for us and we had plenty of space to unwind in evenings after fun-filled days. The pizza and italian restaurants in the building were great (try the hummus plate at belltown pizza while kids have slices!). The convenience store also heloful for cereal and last minute dramamine ourchase. Walked everywhere! Highly recommend.

Close to Everything

As it turned out, the condo was central to the places and activities in which we were interested. The condo was spacious and overlooked a beautiful garden. We easily used Uber. It was unbelievable the quickness with which Uber responded.

Stay Before Cruise

It was a Great Short few days Stay. The condo was homie and exactly how its presented online. The Location was perfect. It has Great restaurants, great surrounding tourist attractions. Just downstairs there is an amazing Delicous Coffee Shop. The Building is safe and has security walk-through and around the area. There is also a Great convenient store steps away. The Neighborhood like any other major city have a few unpleasant characters. Be mindful of your surroundings. I'd definitely stay there again!
