Modern and artsy 2 bed, 1 bath Green Lake/Wallingford private retreat

  • Lovely art filled 2 bedroom, 1 bath mother-in-law apartment in the lower level of our house. Entire house has just been completely remodeled. Apartment has private entrance and separate address from main house. Full kitchen with stainless appliances and access to laundry room with full size machines. Great walkable neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops and more within blocks of the house. Great access to bus lines and easy street parking.
