Welcome to our beautiful home in Magnolia! This stunning modern townhome offers the perfect fusion of luxury, convenience, and Pacific Northwest charm. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and stylish living areas. The rooftop terrace features a hot tub with panoramic views! Fully stocked with amenities, this private retreat offers comfort, style, and tranquility for a memorable stay.

The townhome is designed with 4 thoughtfully planned levels, offering both comfort and modern amenities.

Level 1 serves as the entry point, featuring a welcoming staircase that leads to the second floor.

On Level 2, residents will find a contemporary kitchen paired with a spacious living room, in addition to a convenient half bathroom.

Level 3 has two well-appointed bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed while the second features a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom with the queen bed also has a work from home set up - an office chair and a sit/ stand desk with 2 monitors. We also have a washer / dryer for your use.

Finally, Level 4 showcases a stunning rooftop patio that offers breathtaking views of the Seattle skyline. This outdoor space is equipped with a hot tub, a grill, and comfortable areas designed for relaxation and any outdoor hang outs!
