House Rules:
- No Parties or Events ($500 fine). 10 guests maximum strictly enforced. If you are looking for a party house, this is not for you. - No smoking of any kind anywhere is allowed on the property, including outdoor areas. - Due to our API connection and liability, we must have a signed Rental agreement with a copy of your driver's license at the time of booking. - There is a $500 security hold that will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure if no damage is reported. - Must sign a rental agreement upon booking
Pets: One well-trained dog is welcome at $100 per stay. Please indicate if you'll be bringing your dog when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture; please use the dog bed provided. Excessive pet hair/mess found on furniture and linens resulting in extra cleaning efforts will be charged accordingly. We have dog food and water dishes and provide pet waste bags.
Guest Access: The entire home is included in the rental. Guests have full access to the private backyard and front yard sitting areas. There is a M-I-L apartment below with separate entrance not available for guest use. It is not rented out.
Fees, Pricing, and Booking: - The regular nightly rate covers 6 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 10 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. - We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. - We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing the travel insurance offered at the time of booking to protect your stay. - One complimentary date change if your check-in date is over two weeks away. No date changes are allowed otherwise.

Sparkling clean, great views, comfy beds. Unfortunately, one of our party was recovering from a recent foot surgery, so the stairs were a bit of a challenge. The driveway was narrow for our large SUV, we needed to exit and enter the vehicle elsewhere. The radiant heat was divine. Our brief stay made us hunger for a longer one next Seattle visit. The closeness to Geraldine’s Counter was wonderful.
Collin was readily responsive when we had a question about entering. Except for one drawer in the kitchen, it was super clean . Top end appliances. Note: kitchen cabinets are really high for a small person, but there’s a great step stool. The views are spectacular and the bed is super comfy. Instructions about how to operate the nest temperature would be helpful.
The place was amazing in regards to: location, descriptions, communication, and the overall vibe. Magic happened this week because of it. However, there were no paper towels and other such paper products which caused some inconveniences due to lack of mobility for guests. Otherwise, fantastic.
