Great place to stay. Within walking distances to Pike Market,Seattle art museum,ferry to Bainbridge Island. Also good communication about check in process.
The condo was in the perfect location, we only used our rental car twice the whole week! We walked to pike market, walked to the aquarium and to walked to eat most meals! The building had friendly staff and the pool, hot tub and sauna was awesome after a day of sightseeing! Our host had everything that we could have needed, even things you wouldn’t normally think about! The condo was clean and very well stocked. My only complaint, and it’s just personal preference, the bed was a little firmer than we prefer but I would definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle in the future! Thank you so much for the perfect getaway!!!

We enjoyed staying at this immaculate apartment close to everything. The manager had great communication and information for us. It had many amenities in the building and in the apartment. We appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom, all the kitchen amenities, not having to worry about purchasing toilet paper or cleaning supplies on arrival, and comfortable quarters. Place was as advertised and was very clean. Location is ideal to explore downtown Seattle. Couple small problems with place as both tv's had defective remotes that owner knows about and as expected since it is downtown there is background noise all the time. Typical of downtown condo. I would recommend the location to anyone wanting to experience Seattle
The condo in Newmark Tower exceeded our expectations. It was nicely decorated, extremely clean, well organized, and very secure. A perfect downtown location - walkable to many of the attractions and restaurants we enjoy when visiting Seattle. Elta was great to work with when booking the condo and during our stay.
This was the perfect place to walk to Pike place and the waterfront. Target was right downstairs for any groceries. The unit was well stocked and clean. Everyone in the building was very nice.

My husband and I did a "walking" vacation of Seattle. The condo, being centrally located to desired amenities, landmarks, the monorail, and the Lite rail made EVERYTHING accessible. After a day of exploring, the well appointed condo was the perfect reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the city. Watching the sunset from the 5th floor patio deck was the icing on the cake.
Elta's condo is a great place to stay, near the public market, and within walking distance of other Seattle sights. Check in & check out were quick and easy, and it was comforting to know that there was 24-hour secuity behind the locked access doors. There was sufficient cookware & dishware for meal prep and eating in if you choose to do so. Elta is very quick to respond to questions and provided lots of information for sight-seeing, dining, and excursions (wish I could have gone out more). Hopefully, I'll be able to return sometime soon! If you are fortunate enough to book your stay here, you won't be disappointed!
Elat’s condo is wonderful! We’ll stocked, modern and in a perfect location for the downtown Seattle sites. A parking spot is available but you won’t need it. Pike’s Place is a block away, you’re less than 5 minutes to light rail and you have a Target store in your building. You’ll also have access to an on-site indoor pool and fitness center.
Communicating with Elta is a breeze. She’s very responsive and wants to keep you comfortable and informed. She’s an absolute gem!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Elat’s condo. We were able to walk to PCC and Target for groceries and stables, to Pike Place, to the Monorail, the Art museum, the Orca light rail and to the ferry! We only rented a car for one day to go to the Tulip Festival in Skagit Valley. The kitchen was well stocked and we cooked several meals. The condo was very clean, bright and comfortable. Loved being on the top floor in a secure building! We always felt very safe! Thank you Elta for all your suggestions and help.
The location was perfect. Right next to Pikes Place. We like to walk so we were able to walk everywhere from the space needle to the international district to the ferry while leaving our car parked in the well lit garage. We used the hot tub one night and it was very clean. The outdoor common space was also nice but we didnt end up eating out there because it was a very windy that day.
The condo had everything we needed. We didnt cook much but sheets, towels, fans, everything else was right there. And if you forgot something the Target was way too convenient.
The owner gave great directions. We arrived right after an unusually warm week and she helped us with the swamp cooler and getting the pattern of windows open/closed. The cool nights and open windows kept it comfortable. We knew there was no AC as typical downtown but we werent in the condo much during the day and the nights were plenty cool.
Overall great accomodations and would stay again.
If you truly want to enjoy Seattle, then you can't go wrong with Elta's condo. Located on the top floor of a modern apartment building, with Target conveniently located downstairs, you're within walking distance to many of Seattle's best attractions.
The apartment itself is immaculate, beautiful, and includes all the amenities you'll need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom has more than enough closet space and a luxurious, comfy king size bed.
The icing on the cake was dealing with Elta, who was a wonderful host. I honestly, can't say enough about her. Everything went smoothly from the check-in process to check-out and she gave many helpful tips and suggestions. She answered questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! We would definitely stay at her place again! Thanks Elta!
