Recently built & modern townhome in a fantastic location, Amazon, UW, Zoo & Rose garden.... all within 10 mins! It's a piece of Seattle that doesn't feel crowded. But at the same time, it has everything you need, from great restaurants to one of the most unique urban parks!
The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is 959 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps along the walkway to entrance.
**Floor Plan** • First Floor: Bedroom with queen bed, bathroom & laundry area, heating only but comfortable w/o A/C in summer • Second Floor: Living room with Smart TV (Netflix provided) and queen sofa bed, dining room, kitchen, A/C • Third Floor: Primary bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bath, A/C • Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with outdoor furniture

**About the Reservation** • In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening. • Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. • For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home** • This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout. • There is no dedicated parking for this home but street parking is free and generally available in this part of town.
**About Fees & Pricing** • The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests. • We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing. • Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules** • This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets. • Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

The house worked out great for our family. It was an easy drive to downtown when we explored that part of the city but nice being in a quieter location at night. It was great to be able to use the rooftop for an additional spot to relax.
Our stay was great. The place was clean and in a great location. There are lots and lots of stairs as noted so be aware if you have knee problems or mobility issues do not stay here but we were all fine so it worked out great. The view from the deck was awesome at night. Would stay again
We had a short stay at Winslow place. I will say it was very clean and updated. The deck view was very nice. Although, we got there late at night and didn’t really use. Host is easy to get a hold of if you need of if you need anything
There are a lot of stairs, which it states. But might not be ideal for an older couple or one with knee/ leg issues. Parking is scarce.
This was a good place for us to stay, with room/levels for everyone (4) to have their own space. Plus, the rooftop is great - we had coffee mornings up there, dinner & drinks, and watched the Lake Union fireworks in our pj's! Location is great... the neighborhood has lots of dining, groceries, etc., it was so easy to get to the waterfront, and going to a Mariners game was a beeline drive to the tunnel (so easy). We appreciated our stay here!
We needed a temporary spot to land while having some work done on our home in Seattle. This condo was a quiet, convenient spot and we enjoyed how close we were to the Fremont neighborhood. The condo is clean and well kept, highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The check in process was super easy & Joanne was easy to reach and quick to respond. The home was very clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. Best part was the rooftop table and chairs for watching the sun set over the water with a glass of wine! Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us!
We had a lovely stay. We had issues the first night but management was prompt to solve the issues. The kitchen is not quite stocked to prepare a meal but we managed. There is no tv in the bedroom, also not a big deal. Thank you very much
Bottom bedroom is a bit small and no real place for storage. Roof top nice in summer I’m sure - no value if cold or rainy. Overall - each floor would have been better if 1/4 larger.

Not quite what it seems
The view from the roof top was inspiring. It was close to many of the sites we wanted to see. The neighborhood appeared safe. That being said, the condo it’s self was basic and felt cramped, not home away from home. Amenities were limited and patio furniture was broken. Wasn’t worth 1500+ for 3 night stay. Felt like a Motel 6.
In general we had a good stay since everything in the house is new, however the structure of the house was uncomfortable for us. It’s narrow and high (4 floors), no bathrooms in the second level where the kitchen and living room is. So going up and down all the time.
Communication with the property management was excellent. The street was very so so.
