Vince and Olivia were a great host. Despite to the technical issue on the pre check-in website they made sure we were compensated although it wasn’t their fault and we really appreciated. Also the place was exceptionally clean and nice. It was very quiet with friendly neighborhood. Nice big tree during the flower blooming was very pleasant when we had our breakfast and nice path to the very beautiful park near the place. Also it was close to many great restaurants for dining and also enjoying the zoo. I really recommend this place as everything was convenient for us.

Horrible

Horrible accommodations it was totally freezing. There’s a half inch gap in every window. The front screen door has a 2 inch gap the freeway is cars are on the side of the house. You hear it all day and all night no blankets were provided. Blowup mattress turned into a taco in two hours. The so-called futon couch is meant for a child and didn’t open up. We ended up spending $800 on two other hotels just to get some sleep. The shower fills up to your ankles just an overall horrible time. I had left them seven messages three weeks before our Check-in and never heard back until the day before.
We had to put our clothes in the kitchen cabinet doors no space at all
We spent $150 on purchasing blankets

Unbelievably horrible

When I first booked this reservation, Iaccidentally put the wrong exit date. I called hotels to correct it. They said I needed to book another day which would put me at two cleaning fees. They said to contact the property. I contacted the property seven times with no response. When we got to the AirBNB the blowup mattress turned me into a taco two hours later. The so-called futon couch was the size for a child that didn’t even flatten out. the windows have half inch cracks in it so we froze which got us sick from the air coming straight into our face. The traffic is so loud all day all night. You don’t get a decent sleep. The mattress in the bedroom was so lived in. We had to put it on the floor, so our backs wouldn’t hurt. There was absolutely no blankets whatsoever which we had to go out and purchase some. All they had was sheets. There was not sufficient drawers. My son-in-law had to put his clothes in the kitchen cabinet or kitchen drawer. We ended up paying out-of-pocket four days at a different hotel just to get some sleep and have appropriate accommodations. The tub doesn’t drain so you’re taking a shower with water up to your ankles.
