Great condo in a perfect location.

This is an immaculate property within close walking distance to everything in the city. The property was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely book again.

Very clean, comfortable condo. Nice that has 2 bathrooms with showers. Would be helpful to know that the address # is the building number, not the address of the entire Carlyle Condos - it was hard to figure this out and find the unit (especially in the dark). It is a great location!

Perfect location

Julia’s place was peaceful and well appointed, exactly what we needed to relax after a long conference day and gear up for said days. Her responsiveness made this booking a real pleasure. I don’t have much reason to go to Bellevue, but I almost wish I did after this experience. Would 100% stay again.

This was a great property for us to stay for both our daughters volleyball tournaments (Lynwood and Auburn). The place was clean, fully stocked, and communication was outstanding with the host. Wish the pool/hot tub were open in the winter but probably didn’t have time for it anyway.

Great Location & Thoughtful Host

We had a nice stay at this property! The place was clean and located in a perfect spot (close to downtown Bellevue and freeways), making it easy for us to get around and enjoy the local attractions. What truly made our experience special was the thoughtfulness of our host. Knowing that we arrived on Christmas Day when stores would be closed, they went out of their way to provide us with some essentials, which was incredibly thoughtful and appreciated. The combination of a clean, well-located property and such a considerate host made our stay truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo! Felt right at home, safe and organized. Only negative was the condo was on the second floor, and the hot tub was closed. My elderly father made it up and down the stairs fine. Although overall was a wonderful stay! Host was very helpful!

Winter Delight

We had such a great time. We experienced the Snow Flake Lane with such convenience and ease. We walked to the event and did not worry about parking or traffic. We shopped and dined and enjoyed our accommodations. The place was clean, nicely decorated and just the right size. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized.The shower in the master bath was a wonderful treat. And Julia was prompt, helpful and courteous in communicating with me. We just might make this a Christmas tradition.

Quiet little getaway

This condo was just what we needed...a quiet little getaway. It was clean upon arrival. Spacious and cozy. It has 2 comfortable twin beds in one room and a queen in the master. Extra towels in the cabinet outside the main bathroom. I appreciated having a full size washer and dryer available in the unit. The kitchen was stocked with basic cookware, silverware and dishes. I recommend bringing any seasoning and oils if you are planning to cook. It has a small coffee pot and a Nespresso machine with pods, but I'm a Keurig person and it didn't make a good cup of coffee to meet my preferences. But no worries....there is a Starbucks in the QFC down the road and Woods coffee in Bellevue Square (both of which are a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive) I loved how easy it was to get onto the highways to pop over to Seattle and to visit downtown Kirkland or Redmond. The host was very easy to contact if we had any questions and they responded right away. I would stay here again! I felt right at home. Thank you for making our getaway a pleasant one!

Bellevue

The unit was generally quite well appointed and comfortable. Communication with the host was very good. However, there were a few annoyances with the unit itself: there was a light out in the guest bath that made it very difficult to do any make-up application. The espresso maker turned out to be impossible to figure out. The TV set up was a bit annoying (“turn on all four remotes.” You’re on your own after that.) The blinds in the dining room were inoperable. The cabinets in the master bathroom are a bit worn. Also, many of the neighboring units were not cared for very well giving the outside of the apartment complex a bit of a shabby appearance. Oh, and arriving after dark was quite a challenge being that exterior signage for building and unit numbers were very dimly lit. We never found the designated parking space. With all this being said, a return stay could very well happen!
