The front desk staff was awesome! Had dinner reservations at 5pm so I called to see if we could check in early and they were able to get us in so we could get ready without being stressed about it. Refrigerator was dented up, exposed patches in walls, paint peeling, toilet seat dirty, hair on bathroom counter and in shower. Unacceptable for the cost of the room. We have stayed here several times before and been very happy, so hopefully this was an anomaly.
