New to VRBO, but we have been on Airbnb for years - 4.8 stars! Our spacious two-bedroom apartment is within walking distance of the University of Washington campus, fabulous outdoor University Village shopping and dining, and convenient bus or light rail service to downtown. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path, you will find all the comforts of home. New mattresses as of Spring 2021! There is a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the first floor unit.

Wonderful stay in a great neighborhood! It was a very close drive to everything we needed - grocery stores and delicious restaurants - and attractions we wanted to visit. There is also a great local coffee shop just a short block’s walk. The place was very clean, which is a comfort in itself and the beds were very comfortable. This was a great place to stay for my family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 kids. Next time we want to visit Seattle, we will surely be back!

A nice space

Three of us came to town for three nights, taking the light rail from the nearby station to various spots was super easy. We were lucky to enjoy dinner warm weather and the nearby park was wonderful—a true sanctuary. Easy communication with owner, comfortable place.

Seattle Visit

Loved this place! Lovely neighborhood and space described accurately. Great location for Seattle activities. We especially enjoyed the space to relax after a busy day with enough comfortable seating for 5 people to watch a movie. We'll definitely stay again.

Great stay!

We rented this property for five nights surrounding UW graduation. It was a great home-base, very comfortable, and very clean. The coffee shop two minutes walk away was a real bonus!! :-)

Cozy and comfortable place with a very well appointed kitchen and excellent, comfortable beds and pillows. Great location for visiting UW. Host was very responsive to questions. I will come again when visiting my Huskie.

Great place for visiting UW

We stayed here when taking our teenagers to visit UW. It's a lovely, quiet apartment within easy walking distance of campus. With the pullout bed in the family room each kid got their own place to sleep, which they appreciated. It was also great to have access to a washer/dryer. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Seattle.

Comfortable apartment in a great neighborhood near UW

We needed a place to stay to watch a collegiate ultimate frisbee tournament at the University of Washington. This apartment fit the bill perfectly. One bedroom with a queen for another couple, and a single bed for me. The place was a little over a mile from UW and the playing fields. It was also walking distance from a number of nice restaurants and bars.

Cozy apartment with lots of room

A very cozy little space with all the necessary items needed for a weekend getaway. Bring your own food n drinks and enjoy time away from home. It was perfect for my family of 4 attending a UW/Michigan football game. Definitely recommend!!

Close to UW

Booked 2 bedroom when dropping my daughter 👶 Dr at University of Wash. walking distance to university village, quiet neighborhood and host was very accommodating. Cute area with lots of recommendation from host w plenty of restaurants near by within 10 min driving distance.

Great location

We were in Seattle for a Washington Huskies game. The property was close to campus and the fun University neighborhood. The host was great to work with. The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We will stay here again if we have a chance.
