Welcome to this brand-new, custom-built 2-story Wallingford pied-à-terre, just 0.7 miles from the Roosevelt Light Rail Station and Green Lake. Perfectly located minutes to great eats including Tangletown and the University District. A quiet spot, centrally located near I-5 for access to in-city and greater Seattle area attractions and just a few blocks from the lake’s activities, local eateries, breweries, and cafés to enjoy during your stay. This modern home offers air conditioning and was designed with functionality and comfort in mind. The nearby parking leads to a gated breezeway, which takes you to your private front door. Step into this brand-new home with no shared walls, a private entrance, and full air conditioning – all meticulously designed for comfort. In the living room, you'll find a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. The sleek, modern bathroom is a sanctuary in itself.

We kindly ask that only guests listed on the reservation enter the property, and that all arrivals and departures are kept quiet on the pathway in and out, out of respect for the adjacent homeowner and neighbors.
