Located in First Hill-Capitol Hill is this compact room giving you the perfect central location to enjoy everything this neighborhood has to offer!

The room features a comfy queen bed, elegant living, a great bathroom, and high speed Wi-Fi.

Stay within walking distance to many delicious restaurants in the area, short walk to street car station and easy access to Capitol Hill Station.

Other things to note
- Washer and dryer are shared among the other residents, and require an app and card to use.

- The larger, full size kitchen is shared among other residents in the building. The kitchenette is private and in your unit (microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker w/ coffee + sugar provided) We do provide pots/pans/cooking utensils.

- There is no designated parking for the building at all, not even myself. You will have to find street parking or use the paid lot near us.
